Michael was a tremendous resource and excellent agent. I was moving to Phoenix from out of state and he worked independently on the ground in Phoenix on my behalf, coordinated with my agent in California, negotiated to get what was important to us, spent time with solar company to make sure we were taken care of, etc. We feel he really went the extra mile to get us the home of our dreams on our tight timeline.
